Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery option.

Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999 (India only).
Order Tracking

Delays

While we always strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance (for international orders).
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

When You Can Request a Return/Replacement

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or broken.

If the product delivered is different from what you ordered (wrong size or item).
How to Request a Return/Replacement

Contact us at snappytailss@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or approve a return.
Conditions

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

The item must be unused and in original packaging.

Replacements will be shipped at no extra cost.
Non-Eligible Cases

Change of mind or dislike of the product.

Wrong size ordered by the customer.
