SHIPPING POLICY
At SnappyTails, we aim to deliver your pet accessories quickly, safely, and hassle-free. Please read our shipping policy below:

Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time & Delivery
  • Standard Shipping (India): 4–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping (India): 2–4 business days (available at checkout).

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (delivery time may vary depending on customs and location).

Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery option.

  • Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999 (India only).

Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your package.

Delays
  • While we always strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance (for international orders).

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • SnappyTails is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At SnappyTails, we take pride in delivering high-quality pet accessories. To ensure fairness and transparency, we only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

When You Can Request a Return/Replacement
  • If the product you received is damaged, defective, or broken.

  • If the product delivered is different from what you ordered (wrong size or item).

How to Request a Return/Replacement
  1. Contact us at snappytailss@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or approve a return.

Conditions
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Replacements will be shipped at no extra cost.

Non-Eligible Cases
  • Change of mind or dislike of the product.

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer.

  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
